Refund Policy
The short version. If you are not happy, ask within 15 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full.
What this covers
What you pay Kiri for the software: a first plan payment and every monthly renewal. Card payments are taken by our reseller Paddle.com (see the Terms), and refunds are paid back through Paddle.
It does not cover money that your tenants or guests pay to you, such as rent, deposits and bookings. Those are between you and them.
How it works
- You ask within 15 days of the payment date on your receipt.
- We refund the full amount you paid, including the tax Paddle charged.
- Each renewal is a new payment with its own 15 days.
- Cancelling is separate: you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Always refunded
Even after 15 days, we refund when you were charged twice for the same thing, were charged after you cancelled in time, or the Service was unavailable or unusable for a long stretch of the period you paid for, for a reason on our side.
Not refunded
- Payments older than 15 days (apart from the cases above).
- Repeated sign-up, use and refund cycles on the same workspace.
- Accounts we ended because they broke the Terms.
How to ask
- Email hello@askkiri.com from the email address on your account.
- Include the order or receipt number from the email Paddle sent when you paid. If you cannot find it, tell us the date and amount.
- We reply within 3 business days and start the refund straight away if you qualify.
You can also contact Paddle through the link in your receipt; Paddle handles billing questions for all our card orders. If you paid by KHQR or ABA PayWay, we refund to the same account.
After a refund
- The money goes back to the card or account you used. Banks differ; it usually shows within 5 to 10 business days.
- The plan that payment covered ends, and the workspace moves to the lowest plan. Your data is kept so you can export it.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to the rights you already have under the law where you live, such as a statutory cooling-off period. It never reduces them.
Please talk to us first
If something went wrong, write to us before you dispute a payment with your bank. It is faster for you, and we will fix real mistakes.
